Queenstown, South Africa Casinos It's been over a week and I'm still yet to receive it. We were arranged to 2 super old and hotel-view rooms. Convenient location and parking was easy. We sincerely hope everybody read these reviews so they don't pay for something they haven't done! They offer a nice buffet breakfast, but at this time their restaurant is closed for lunch and dinner. Enjoyed my stay. Some days they wouldn't turn down or we'd need to specifically track someone down to do it. Breakfast not included and given what we paid, I feel it should have been I cant respect sandwiching a duvet between two flat sheets and calling that a made bed. Restaurant was only open a couple of nights due to staff shortages but the one meal I had was lovely. As a summary, this hotel is nice but a bit dated with inconsistent customer service and is simply not worth the money they are charging. For the price we expected more. The casino also features 86 gaming machines in an exciting range of games and denominations. The rooms are private, clean, and comfortable, and the staff are very helpful. We paid for two rooms $145 both rooms were completely different one a lot nice then the other. Lovely rooms, excellent hot tub and great facilities in the rooms with a fridge, toaster and teapot etc. 10/10 would recommend and stay again. - clean and tidy room cleaning. But all good as they were probably very busy that day. Fantastic location, very modern, neat and tidy. Dont think about it - just click download right this minute. TV had Sky news, movie channels, and sports. Thankyou Ramada Hotel for a fabulous stay. Rooms are dated, and the tech is from 2005 so when it gets cloudy, the tv signal gets lost. The bathroom had hair and dead flies on the floor when we arrived, and a large red stain on the mattress. I asked reception about a white noise machine (the compendium for the hotel stated this was available for checkout) - but was later told first that it wasnt available until the next day, and was told later this was a mistake and the hotel no longer provided those services. However, my real complaint was the coffee machine, which produced hot water as well. Breakfast was amazing!!

Most pick up for activities and the restaurants are in CBD. Rooms were *very* basic, though the view is nice if you get a lakeside one. Especially as this isnt budget accom. Super friendly and respectful staff. bathroom was horrible too. At the hotel, all the restaurants and bars were closed, with the exception of the breakfast buffet which was very limited - though the service was wonderful. Filters 1. Overall I would like to stay here again :) Fully equipped apartments. 5) The rainfall shower was half-broken and had very low pressure, leading to streams of water instead of shower. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Accommodations are slightly dated but it's comfortable and cozy. But this isn't a 5* hotel. Comfortable and convenient. The issue isnt the money but the principle. No air conditioning - but there was fans in the wardrobes. There was no shelf to put toiletries on and ventilation was poor. The hotel has 273 rooms, all with cable TV and a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi. Everything was clean and tidy and our apartment was serviced (but not cleaned) every day. The headboard was covered in visibly grey dust so I wiped them too. - location is super great. The staff are friendly and accommodating, making it a great choice for visitors looking for an affordable stay in Queenstown. The rooms were very nice looking.

Employees all have been very nice at the hotel. Another is that there was a slight problem with the housekeeping. Don't be fooled by it being called a 'Holiday Inn', everything about this hotel is top tier. Walk into town in 10-15 minutes. As a matter of fact, it owns and operates TWO casinos in Queenstown since 2012. We scoured through the internet and read through. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed, which added to the overall positive experience. Beautiful aesthetic and parking is available for free for 1 bedroom apartment guests. It features opulent gold-coloured decor and furnishings, plus a Parisian-inspired bistro and a spa. Bus Tours. Brought our baby and they had the cot ready for us. Hotel was comfortable. The garage and access worked well and we enjoyed our stay. Staff are so friendly and helpful. WOW, by far the flashiest place I have ever had the privilege to stay. The room was clean and staff were friendly. It was around new year's time so they even surprised us with a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine! SkyCity Queenstown. You will also find 2 restaurants. You have thought of everything. They made sure that we had a table over looking the lake daily for the four days we where there.

It is so close to everything too, so we dumped our bags and went for a walk. Location is perfect - very central. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. If our requirement was last moment, means day of check-in then I could understand, but we requested a month ago. Good location - easy to walk to many activities. Worst booking experience I ever have had. Also, the complimentary breakfast was so lovely and went beyond expectations. They remembered our coffee order daily, remembered what we had told them we had planned for the day and asked us about it at breakfast the next day daily without fail.
